Thank you so much Sensei
Wonderful Gem!
It made me in this very moment ‘understand’, or maybe I have to say ’surrender’ to the realization that also my suffering is included…..AND THAT CHANGES EVERYTHING….. Wow! My wish is for everybody and myself to surrender to this realization again and again to experience this reality more and more…
Carrying this Gem through all the moments of this day and dedicating this surrendering to all sentient beings,
surrendering yours,

Sound is very poor.. Sory, can’t hear..
Exciting message. So good to be reminded that in personal and spiritual development we don’t have to get rid of any part of us.
@Willem Schuitemaker – I’m sorry you’re having problems with the sound. The sound is fine on my computer. If it’s too quiet, try turning up the volume on your operating system, player, and speakers.
If the sound is stuttering or skipping, try pausing and letting the clip buffer and load for awhile. You can also try closing other programs that might be open if you’re on an older computer.
Is anyone else having problems with the sound?
Thank you, Sensei, this is wonderful!
And experiencing how good it feels to listen to it makes me see, that it´s obviously still difficult to accept myself with all my facets, I still need encouragement from the outside.
@ Sterling: The sound isn´t good on my computer, either, although with little adjustments and repeatingly listening I could understand everything. The sound is somehow “cloudy”, lacking of contrast- it never was like this before.
@Annette, thank you for feedback. We will be using a new microphone soon to improve the sound quality.
“Light-headed” is good, isn’t it?
I really appreciated this talk, and am greatly appreciating this permission to be myself. For that is why I came to this, and how I can only now do what always wanted to do but didn’t have the nerve to try.
To me, that is something.
I love the comments about “the End of the Road” as being “Sanity” and/or “Enlightenment”. It’s nice to hear that I don’t have to think of myself as or struggle to be Mahatma Ghandi, when I am me, who I am, right here. No more and no less.
I’m loosely parapharasing but I like what you said about leaders who guide by their perspective and that following them (or not), will make the path of our lives very, very different.
It’s very refreshing to listen to your rare and unique outlook, Sensei, because I think growing up in and around dogmatic, religious communities taught many of us from a very young age to NOT accept ourselves.
With this over-arching social conditioning, I wonder how much shame and guilt of being who we truly are shaped (shapes) our choices and decisions in life. Your words are very authentic and real. I appreciate your unique thoughts that inspire and uplift me.
Happy Halloween!
